I have sensitive skin and I take loads of vegetable in my diet.
However, after experiencing how persistently the breakout is after each seafood meal, I believe that seafood actually aggravated my skin problem.
You can monitor and find out what causes the breakout.
eat carrots. they even out your skin , reduce and finally eliminate pigmentation and are healthy for your eyes.
you can also eat tomatoes.
all vegetable are good actually. not only for your skin, but for your body as well.
pretty much all of them are, especially carrots and cucumbers, and beets, if you like beets
keep on eating one kind of food isn't good. never.
you just got to try eating everything balanced.
protein, vitamin are must.
veggie, beans, prok,,,
less spicy food.
red peppers are okay, they contain capsaicins....
apples, most fruits and fresh veg, salads etc and plenty of water
cucumbers-lettuce-carrots beans and peas potatoes turnips many good foods.
I used to have a lot of zits when I was a teenager, I tried everything and nothing worked! then I started eating cabbage every day , plus I put Milk of Magnesia on my skin 2 times a day, at night u can put it on a lot thicker cos nobody will see ur white face. Now I have the most beautiful skin ever. Also drink lots of water and dont eat acidy veggies, like tomatoes. Try this and I guarantee you you will have clear skin in less than a month.

Basically, pick a green veggie like lettuce or spinach, a small handful, 2 frozen or fresh fruits like raspberry and mango or whatever you like, some water, blend and voila! Green smoothie! The fruit disguises the taste, it just looks green. Drink lots of water throughout the day.
