Does if matter if i put my eyeliner on my upper or lower lid? does it have to do with my facial features?

i've been putting it very litghtly on my lower lid. i have darkish skin (not african american kind of dark, im half hispanic so im white but have a darker tone) dark brown eyes, dark dark eyelashes, and dark brown hair. and an ovalish face.Does if matter if i put my eyeliner on my upper or lower lid? does it have to do with my facial features?
You can put it on the top and bottom, or top only, or bottom only. It creates different looks so experiment since all eye shape is different. For me, since I have big round eyes, eyeliner makes it smaller and almond shape.Does if matter if i put my eyeliner on my upper or lower lid? does it have to do with my facial features?
You will have a more bright eyed allusion if you add a bit of liner to the outer upper lid and a dot of white or cream colored shading to the inner upper lid. Just doing the lower sometimes gives a sickly look, like dark shadows, no upward curve to enliven the expression.
You can put it on both but lightly if you are putting mascara. If you only put it on the bottom you can go a little darker.

you should wear it on the lower lid with some mascara and eye shadow

if your white, put in on your lower lid lightly, and nothing on your upper lid, and if your black, you don't need any! ( unless your going to a date or prom or somethin) and if your in the middle, then ,maybe some on your lower lid and some on your upper lid( lightly, so you don't look like your have black eyes!)

Upper lid is hard considering the eyelashes =)
Put it on the upper lid. Putting it only on the lower lid makes your eyes look puffy. Putting it on the upper lid makes your eyes pop.
Oh, yes. Your type of coloring can handle the liner on your lower lid. Don't use black though. Use a brown or even khaki color. Line close under and in lower lashes. Then take a clean cotton swab and smudge very lightly. You will be beautiful and dramatic. Lucky you!

putting it on your lower lid, makes u look darker, and older, while upper lid makes your eyes apper ';chinkier';
You have a lot of dark going on there, and adding a light amount of eye liner to your upper lid is okay if applied right....so many young women apply it to thick and it really does look tacky...you want to use make up to enhance your natural beauty....not wash you out or make you look to hard. Don't forget to add a little color to your eyelids such as a forest green or bronze colors.....
