It depends on your skin tone, if your lite you might want to go with a peel like Neutrogena advanced solutions. If your dark (my husband is black, but not very dark) he uses Nadinola extra strength formula skin doscoloration fade cream and the acne scares (dark spots) cleared up. It took about the whole countainer which took about 4 weeks, but wow his skin is so clear now. It really worked, but I tried it (I'm white) and it made me skin lighter which is not a good thing, so I use the Neutrogena one. Hope this helps.
You should always use Olay products. They are a bit pricey but they do the job right. I used to have alot of acne but once I stated using Olay, my face cleared up.
They have very good everyday use facial scrubs that get warm when they have contact with your skin. They work extremely well along with beauty fluid. Their beauty fluid keeps your skin hydrated so you dont notice those patches of dry skin!

Wash your face with a mild facial cleanser. Then take lemon juice and some sugar... mix them together to make an exfoliator. (make sure the consistency isn't too runny, or it wont work.) Then dry your face and put a mask on. I really like oatmeal and milk. It looks really gross, but when you rinse it off your skin will feel soooo soft!

so baiscally I don't want hair on my upper lip and I've tried a few things that didn't work to good. I don't want to wax, but does anyone know how to do sugaring? Mixing facial moisturizers or cleansers together?
will mixing different facial moisturizers be good or bad or not have any effect at all? i was thinking something about the components of the individual moisturizers are made specifically for their own purposes and mixing them will cause irritation, dryness or anything else.

I use 100% pure glycerin soap , rinse with cool water, pat dry and use witch hazel as an astringent along with a small amount of ultra hydrating moisturizer, I use Kiss My Face- olive %26amp; aloe.

If it's a big problem and you're a female, you might have a higher amount of testosterone than you're supposed to have. You might want to get tested by a doctor, you could have pcos. We have a little mini fox cross puppy who has woken us up at 3am with swelling in her face (mainly noticable around the eyes) she was jumping and scratching at her neck and has a rash there as well as her stomach she is also twitching.

This is an Allergic Reaction to something, you need to bring the dog to the vet! they will give her a shot of benedryl that will start bring the swelling down, they will probably have you give her more benedryl (in pill form) for a few days which will make her sleepy, but it is necessary to get her to the vet this swelling can close her airways, and a shot is the quickest way to reverse the swelling, they might have to do something to open the airways back up if it is already to swollen to wait until the meds come into effect. There are 24 hour emergency vets, I suggest you find the one closest to you and keep the number handy in case of more after hours emergencies.
Your best course of action would be to take your pup to your local vet who is best placed to examine the pup %26amp; determine what is the root cause of the skin irritation she is suffering from.
One of my Dobes recently had a very swollen muzzle which was an allergic reaction, treated by our vet.
Hope your pup is okay.
That's what is called a SEVERE ALLERGIC REACTION!!! Anytime the face swells the throat may swell cutting off the dog's air supply which of course = DEATH. Go to the vet. AND learn about crate training, a 3 month old pup shouldn't have free run of the house or what has happened can/will happen again.

plain yogurt is a good exfoliating mask that helps maintain the acid pH of skin. If you want added brightening/fading of dark spots, add a couple drops of lemon juice. For added moisture, add a little melted honey. To tighten pores, a mask made of egg whites and a few drops lemon juice works nicely. Oatmeal is a good addition to any homemade mask; the amino acids in it help draw moisture to the skin. A few drops of glycerol (glycerine) would do this as well. I'm actually trying to start up a blog that adresses makeup tips, tricks, product reviews and skincare tips etc such as these. Combine mixture, then apply to face.
Let sit for 15 minutes.

One day while her patient's daughter was visiting my mother commented on how soft her patient's skin was and the daughter gladly gave my mom her own home formula.
I've been making this for years now and usually give away these at Yule for my friends and family.
This is really simple and you will be quite pleased.
Mix by thirds,
1/3 vitamin E oil
1/3 baby oil (I have used the gel type)
1/3 petrolum jelly (which can be substituted with any butter - almond butter, shea butter.
Whip together until a creamy texture is produced.
Stores well when covered for up to 2 months, have had feedback that it will last for over 6 months when covered.
Apply every evening or morning, depending on the moisture (or lack of) in your skin, you may be able to apply 10 minutes before applying makeup.
Also works great for calloused hands and feet, elbows and knees.
Give it a try, when I purchase my ingredients I usually invest apx $15.00 and make enough (1 oz jars), for about 10 people. For containers, I purchase of the internet or the travel containers at like (dreads saying this -acckkk!!),walmart.

You probably left it on too long. Your skin is too tender at 11 to be messing with harsh chemicals like that. Enjoy that soft skin while you still can and take care of it. Hint: Chemicals like that do not help your skin.

You probably left it on too long. Your skin is too tender at 11 to be messing with harsh chemicals like that. Enjoy that soft skin while you still can and take care of it. Hint: Chemicals like that do not help your skin.
The skin on your face is way to sensetive to be using nair on it. Buy a pair of tweezers and suck up the pain.

Sweetheart...by the time we ladies reach our 40's+ we know what works best for us to eliminate facial hair... also after about 40 our hormones start to go all wierd again and if we are lucky some of our problem hair will fade away. My eyebrows have lost about half their fullness and colour so I need a bit of pencil to fill in the gaps now.
For excess hair, I personally like the laser treatment although it does sting a bit...lots of tiny electric pricks. It actually works best on coarse dark hair and also clears up skin irregularities (pigmentation etc) too. Its not so expensive now either...worth a look into. The other product I like is those instant wax strips...cheap, quick and convenient. Great for upper lip hair and also the bikini line.

I'm most likely gonna get a few thumbs down for this but you want a honest answer I'll give you one.
As a tattoo artist and a mother. I can honestly sat that I do not allow my children to have facial piercings until they are 18. As a teen you are too easily influenced by what you and your friends perceive as cool. or attractive. You do not fully consider that effect that it will have on you life in the future.
Once you are 18 you can do what you want and your parent's can not prevent you from doing something that will effect your life and your ability to get a job.
Bottom line is that parents say no because they know that you have not fully thought about having the piercing about how it can effect how others view you,your ability to get a job or even how able you are to properly care for the piercing. They are just trying to protect you from making a mistake.
I recommend that you do some investigative work. look in to the cost, how to properly care for you piercing ,how long it takes to heal,how long before you can change rings.Also look into what employers say about the piercings. and if you still want one bring all the information that you have come up with to your mother and sit down and discuses it. What should i do to shed facial fats and double chins?
You will find massaging will lose fat from face and under chin rapidly. This was really effective for me and dramatically made my face leaner and and defined and rid me of a ';chin';. To slim and chisel face you need to make the massage vigorous. Don't be afraid of vigorous massage. If done right it is only beneficial as many users on Answers will testify. There is no pulling or stretching of skin as you have to tighten facial muscles and flex or firm skin in the part being massaged. This exercises and conditions many of underlying face (and some neck) muscles whilst skin is being firmed and tightened by massage. It's best to repeatedly massage over and over with a forward and back motion using finger tips and front and sides of fingers depending where you are massaging. Circular massage is not effective. If you can do for 30 min a day (can be in 2 or 3 sessions) you will see dramatic changes. The neck. Using right hand and starting from just left of chin point sweep all the way to back of neck and back. Do repeatedly. (Again to do it you will be firming muscles and tightening skin) then switch to other hand and other side of neck. this will give rapid results.

We have a little mini fox cross puppy who has woken us up at 3am with swelling in her face (mainly noticable around the eyes) she was jumping and scratching at her neck and has a rash there as well as her stomach she is also twitching.

it honeslty depends on the guy ...Some guys look better with goatees some guys could look good with and without a goatee ...hard to tell without seeing the person

I am 15 and have 20 piercings altogether and lobes at 20mm and just thought I should start thinking now about getting a job.

It all depends on the company and employers. And also the amount of time you spend with customers.
You will probably have to take most of your facial piercings out. But some employers will allow you to just get smaller jewelery that is less noticeable. You can also get clear plugs for some of your piercings that you can put in while working. I don't know if they have these for all piercings or not.
Just know that before getting piercings and tattoos you should always think about future careers.
Society is becoming more open to body modification but it is a slow process.

I am not trying to be negative, but most places that would hire a teenager wouldn't allow piercings like that. Twenty is a lot for such a young person.

..But that's a job

It's not so much the type of job, but the location of the job. I've worked at white collar tech jobs that didn't care about personal expression, and at behind the scenes labor work that had a strict dress code. I recommend moving to a city that praises personal expression (Portland, OR comes to mind).

Just ask the assistant if they have any sample products you can try because you have sensitive skin and haven't yet found a product that you're happy with. Go to all the counters and say the same thing and you'll go back home with a bag full of gorgeous products to try.

It is my feeling that moisturizers do nothing more than seal the skin, or some MIGHT attract moisture. I think one of the best things you can do is spray with water to hydrate the skin and then moisturize it. Vitamins and antioxidants are good for you and may help your skin as well.
If it is a matter of making your skin feel better try different moisturizers. You might go to a skin specialist and have a facial in a salon and ask them about products so you can learn about the various ones...then do your research and see where your best buys are. You don't necessarily need to spend big money on products to get good ones. welll,
one interesting piercing is the bridge piercing, its the very top of your nose between your eyebrows. not many people have it and i'm sure you will turn a few heads :)

What is a good facial moisturizer?
I have dry skin (due to eczema) , today I bought Clean %26amp; Clear (for sensitive skin) Foaming Cleanser and I love it. I meant to buy some moisturizer as well but I forgot. What is a good brand to buy? I don't want to spend more than $5 - $7. Thanks in advance!What is a good facial moisturizer?

lemon (use only the juice)
oatmeal(dry)
just mix it a put it on like a mask

Egg Whites!
Using an organic egg, separate the yolk and the whites.
With the whites beat it until frothy, then apply all over your face,
wait until the egg whites dries upon your face (when its hard for you to smile then you're done)
Wash off the whites in warm water (circular motion with fingers)
Then using the yolk, prick a little bit of it and do the same thing as you did with the egg whites. Wait for it to dry and wash off.
This will leave your skin silky smooth and FIRM.

Tomato %26amp; Sugar Scrub
With the top of a tomato dip it in sugar and
scrub your face with it.
Tomatoes have lycopene which has many benefits for your skin.
Honey , Sugar , Lemon juice
Honey is to exfoliate
Sugar is to create the scrub like feeling , and open the pores
Lemon juice to clean inside of the pore
Wipe off with steamed hot towel , and then very ice cold water , then lay back with cucumbers over your eyes. I will do this tommorow again. Do it once a week.
1 egg
split the yolk and whites in to two separate bowls
whisk the white until bubbles form then apply to face.
leave until you are unable to smile, then rinse of with warm water and pat dry
then with the yolk, just poke it with a fork until you get all the funniness into the bowl, then quick stir and just as you did with the whites
then moisturize and your skin feels amazing !

Heat up a mixture of honey, lemmon juice and just a little milk. Then apply to face and let dry. Put toothe paste ob blemishes. Wait 20 mins. Rinse off with warm water. Expholitate by rubbing baking soda on your face, and then wash like normall. Wokes amazing!
Also, you could do a shredded coconut and milk mask. Add some lemon and honey!
what works for me is hot tea!it smoothes your skin really well!
