Laser or electrolysis for facial hair help please ?

What is recommended for someone with fair to medium skin and dark but fine facial hair? I am sick of waxing as it causes me pimples and ingrowns and i wanted to have a look at these options. I know the hair is a result of my hormones. I have heard that while laser has least side effects and more modern it shoudnt be used on fine hair? I have this problem and i do thermolysis. In other words, multiprobes. Not just one needle but 32 at the same time. Its taken me a year to get rid of my unwanted hair which was quite bad. I started going twice a week for a total of 3 hours and now go once a month. I would recommend this option. It is costly and can be a little painful in places but i am now confident in public.
