WHEN is the best time to use an alcohol based facial cleanser.....before or after bath?

I have an oily skin, male 36 lives in West Africa. I often get confused on when exactly the right time to use a facial cleanser.WHEN is the best time to use an alcohol based facial cleanser.....before or after bath?
I would have to say that if you have oily skin it would not hurt you to use it several times a day and then during your bath just use a regular cleanser. Assuming that your bath time is before bed, and then in the morning use your facial cleanser again to remove the night time oils that build up. Living in the climate you do I would think (not an expert), that you work hard in hot temperatures, so cleanse regularly and you should control, not solve your problem. I think you have to use it before take a bath, in this way the cleanser gonna open your pores easier and it can clean deeply and your skin gonna be look ';fresh'; for a long time,'cause if you take a bath after, your pores gonna close given to your face a better look, but don't forget that use the cleanser with hot watter, and after in the bath use cold watter.
