What is a good facial moisturizer?

I have dry skin (due to eczema) , today I bought Clean %26amp; Clear (for sensitive skin) Foaming Cleanser and I love it. I meant to buy some moisturizer as well but I forgot. What is a good brand to buy? I don't want to spend more than $5 - $7. Thanks in advance!What is a good facial moisturizer?
(i think) it's clean and clear morning burst shine control stuff! i have eczema too, but before i put it on, i scrub really hard on the eczema with a wet towel, and then put it on. the eczema isn't as noticable!

I use Aveeno because it doesnt irritate my face with my eczema.
Dove sensitive skin stuff is good and inexpensive.
I recommend Aveeno's Positively Radiant moisturizer (I have follicular eczema too) but their moisturizers can be a little pricier at $14 and up.
