How do i grow facial hair faster?

i like facial hair. i want a beard or a soul patch. i know shaving everyday, even when nothings there, helps to stimulate the hair follicles and make hair grow faster but what about like, rogaine foam, and using it on my face lol, i doubt it but why not?How do i grow facial hair faster?
