I guess you are in the states (drugstore) so I can only say that you can't in the UK. The very best you can buy is the Estee Lauder one and that's 30% of a salon treatment.


Be very careful - a firend of mine had one done in a reputable clinic and has permanent scarring!
Try Sallys Hair and Beauty stores, where you can buy salon machines but be very careful if you use one.
