What should i do to shed facial fats and double chins?

You will find massaging will lose fat from face and under chin rapidly. This was really effective for me and dramatically made my face leaner and and defined and rid me of a ';chin';. To slim and chisel face you need to make the massage vigorous. Don't be afraid of vigorous massage. If done right it is only beneficial as many users on Answers will testify. There is no pulling or stretching of skin as you have to tighten facial muscles and flex or firm skin in the part being massaged. Example: move everybrows up...tightly---HOLD position and release..., then open mouth/jaw- stretch lips outward-HOLD position and release...(then to release tension, move opened mouth/lips side to side (left to right)... as much as u can...
