Is there any exercises that will improve your facial features?

Well only surgery will change your facial features, makeup can improve them.

There are exercises that will improve muscle tone therefore help prevent sagging, wrinkles and general wear and tear. They are to be done in private as they involve pulling ridiculous faces and people will think you're insane.

Here are 4 that I do.

1. stick out your lower jaw, force yourself to smile, while baring your lower teeth, hold for a count of 5, relax and repeat 10 times. You look mental, but this improves firmness of the jawline, minimises sagging and helps reduce a double chin.

2. open mouth, lower jaw as far as you can, stick out tongue downwards, hold and repeat as above. This is good fpr wrinkles round the mouth, in particular the 'marionette' grooves that can form from the sides of the nose down the side of the mouth.

3. one you can do in public, mouth shut, push tongue hard in to the roof of the mouth. Good for firming jawline and double chin. You can feel the pull upwards.

4. Raising eyebrows sharply and hold for 5 counts, relax ,repeat can help reduce saggy eye lids, keeping a more youthful, open look.

Other considerations are weight, too much extra weight can cause a double chin regardless of exercises and your features will look smaller. Underweight and you are liable to wrinkle more as fat pushes out your lines to a degree. Rapid weight loss and gain, especially as you age will increase sagging also.

There are some good books on facial exercises.

Facercise (lousy title) carol maggio, and Eva Fraser, if you search her products has been writing about this for ages.Is there any exercises that will improve your facial features?
Wow, no... I don't think so.Is there any exercises that will improve your facial features?
Actually, there is no proper excersise for improving facial features... U have to apply facial creams and massage ur skin... no excersises can do improvement in facials..
Yes, a smile would do the trick :) (and some bright spontaneous laughter too). Have a nice day!
No, unless your ';facial features'; are things like enough body fat that you can't actually tell the bone structure in your face.

I was really fat when I was growing up. I lost a lot of weight when I was 19. My face went from round and pretty much shapeless to having a pretty nice, defined heart shape with good cheekbones.
No, but if your overweight, your face could lose weight. and just look thinner.
