Facial Scrub - which one is good and gentle?

I am looking for a very gentle facial scrub. Please kindly advise. Many thanks.Facial Scrub - which one is good and gentle?
I like the St Ives range. They do different ones depending on the kind of skin you have (Normal, Blemish prone etc) and I find that they leave my skin really soft and smooth.Facial Scrub - which one is good and gentle?
you can easily make your own facial scrub! for something really gentle, use colloidal oatmeal, which you can buy at health food stores (or take regular oatmeal and put it in your blender until it's powder) mix with a little water, and you have a facial scrub! you can add powdered milk or yogurt to this to soothe and moisturize if you have dry skin. you can add honey and pureed strawberries if you have oily skin. green tea is also really good for your skin (just open up a tea bag and add it to the oatmeal) or chamomile to soothe your skin.

Basically, you mix up any of these things, make a thick paste by only adding a little water at a time until you get a good consistency, and then apply to face avoiding your eyes and hair line (oatmeal is sticky!!) rub in circles all over and then rinse off! voila! easy, no chemicals, just beautiful skin!

You can use Miho medicated bath salt with miho cleansing milk. Both items worked well when its used as a set.
