You need to have a look at your diet - the diet doctors book is very good and can you tips on what foods are bad for the skin, and whether you have a food allergyAll of my years as a teenager i have had a beautiful and nice facial skin but all of a suden i have developed
You should try Arbonne! They have some wonderful skin care products that cleared my skin up in less than a week. They also have a hormone cream that helps balance your hormones so you will not get the acne breakouts. I also love that they are botanically-based and do not have the harsh chemicals and metals that many skin care lines have. I use both the skin care and the makeup and everyone noticed the difference in my complexion, with or without makeup. The products will be available in the UK next week.
Do you wear makeup? I suggest wearing mineral makeup if you do. You can ask your doctor about birth control pills. They are suppose to clear your skin up. Sounds to me like you have adult acne. I had the exact same thing happen to me. I didn't start really breaking out until I was in my late 20's early 30's and I still have very sensitive skin. I try to keep it clean and only use mineral makeup. It helps A LOT! Here's a link to my website www.perfectearthminerals.com
Wash with bodyshop exfoliating face wash. Then use freederm gel.
See a dermatologist.
this happened to me last easter when i was on holiday
the pharmacist suggested strong anti-allergy cream and to stay out of the sun
i think mine was an allergic reaction (it looked like acne and i thought it would scar)
it has healed up now - go and get some advice from a pharmacist
are you taking any tablets such as the pill?? my skill was lovely up until i changed my pill its got better now im taking some skin hair nail vitamins and i seem to have my clear skin back just amke sure you moisturise 2-3 times a day
Try Witchhazel its fab use twice a day, I had spots for a while and within days they went I still use it just in case. Good luck!!
I would recommend MD Formulations facial skinwash containing glycolic acid. I am a 22 year old beauty therapist and I used to suffer from lots of pimples and clogged pores until I started using this product. Its good for all skin types.
I'd tried all sorts of face washes, lotions etc, but this stuff the business! My skin is so clear now and everyone notices.
I paid about 拢20 for a 250ml size, which I don't think is too bad, but unless u can find it on ebay you can only buy it in salons.
Also i noticed somebodyelse mentioned mineral make up: i also use this and it really helps prevent clogged pores and skin irritaion. i use ';id bare minerals';.
Hope this helps.
tea tree oil is great for pimples.
you could be alergic to something in your diet.. i would recomend cutting out bread and dairy for a week or two and see if that helps.. or maybe you have eaten or drank something different recently that you have had a reaction too.. wash your face just using warm water and stay away from make up and see if that helps.. good luck
Your body is going through another phase of hormonal changes which can bring about an outbreak.
Consider leaving the petro-chemical creams alone. Most contain ingredients that are known to cause all kinds of problems, from cancer to birth defects to liver damage and more when dermally absorbed into your body.
Try this instead...
Wash with plain, natural soap with no petro-chemicals. Soap breaks open most bacteria cells and combines with oils to remove the excess, no all, just the excess, from your skin.
After washing and blotting dry, pour some witch hazel on a clean rag and wipe your face down gently. This will help control the bacteria that is associated with acne.
Finish off with a touch of light vegetable oil on the dry areas to help keep your cells lubricated and healthy. All cells need fat. Feed your cells to keep them healthy. Cells don't eat petro., they might be starving...
